Established in 2002, Carroll's Creek Landing is comprised of 288 townhomes with garages for each unit. The units range from two, three and four bedroom depending on your needs. Carroll's Creek Landing is targeted at paygrades E1-E6 with rent that is about 80% of Basic Housing Allowance. Residents pay rent, gas and electric. Constitution Park

Welcome to Constitution Park

Constitution Park is located in Lake Stevens, Wa. Built in 2009, Constitution Park is the newer of the two housing developements that work closely with Naval Station Everett. The developement is comprised of 141 units targeted at all paygrades. Each untit is either three or four bedrooms with a two car garage making it ideal for single families. Barracks

Welcome to the barracks

The barracks are reserved for Sailors E1-E4 (less than 4 years of service) who do not recieve basic housing allowance. There are four buildings designated as barracks on Naval Station Everett, totaling 1020 living spaces.
